“位置優越：鄰近火車，巴士站，到城內觀光購物亦十分便利。 服務一流：入住前曾向酒店查詢有關早餐的安排，很快就收到Jessica的答覆。入住當天收到一份有關火車延誤的意大利文電郵，所以向前台Victoria查詢，她不但給我們很詳細的解釋，而且將電郵打印一份並用螢光筆標示重點，以方便我們使用，這種服務實在貼心。 早餐一流：餐廳平時供應咖啡等飲品及小食給住客享用，早餐內容非常精彩，服務員招呼周到。”

“位置方便，處於廣場旁，主要景點均可徒步而至。交通方便，巴士總站旁有免費公共shuttle bus到廣場前，下車行一分鐘便到。房間乾淨整潔，唯一問題是沒有提供熱水壺，但可向餐廳要求提供飲用熱水。”

“We stayed for two nights at the Nuovo Albergo Centro and were very pleased to be guests there. The hotel is quite basic, but everything that it does promise it delivers well. La macchinetta del caffè in camera è un eccellente servizio..bagno pulito e comodo,unica pecca pur avendo il frigo bar non vi era nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua.. personale disponibile gentile , possibilità di parcheggio che a Trieste non è scontata.. posizione molto centrale”
