"The check in process was extremely smooth. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted warmly by all staff members. Our bags were taken into the lobby for us and as we were checking in we received a delicious fruit welcome drink and a refreshing moist towel. Even though we arrived early, the front desk worked with us and we had our room key faster than expected. The property was clean, smelled good, and our room had an amazing view. "

The only problem was access to the location—the stairs were not fun with heavy luggage."
