“Fun and funky location, good price, very old home with giant ceilings. "Spanish Town" is unique; strolling around the neighborhood to view homes and gardens is a treat. Coffee shop down the street, downtown area and Interstate very close by. Designated parking is helpful, in an area that is "permit parking" only. I love the high end finishes/products, artwork, and decor. Convenient kitchen: air fryer, microwave, Keurig, but strangely, no potholders, and just one kitchen towel, no sponge or……

“Modern, spacious, and immaculate apartment. Ideally located in a high-rise building with a full-service grocery store on first floor. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, and effective A/C and fans (we visited on a heat advisory day). The building is a short walk to the capitol and other amenities. Responsive and helpful host. ”

“Wonderful property. Wonderful host. Very prompt communication. Location was great and felt very safe. Came with everything we needed and my mother-in-law raved about the soaps! I’m sure it was my personal overlooking, I just wasn’t it was a split property. I will say it didn’t bother us at all and we hardly knew another tenant was occupying the other side. “Brenda's place was perfect for our stay during LSU graduation weekend. She provided a welcoming space for me and my family. The beds were super comfy and each bedroom having it's own bathroom came in handy for several girls trying to get ready each morning. Despite the location being on a super busy street, the townhouses are tucked behind a business and fencing - making it surprisingly quiet. Thank you Brenda for a fantastic stay!”

“My husband and I thought the place was nice, The bed was comfortable.The host responded quickly to any questions. We were concerned about the outlets in the master bedroom/bathrroom. The outlets were loose and the bathroom one was coming out of the wall.There weren’t any outlets close to the bed to charge phones, I’d recommend to get a bedside lamp that has usb ports. ”
