“Fun and funky location, good price, very old home with giant ceilings. "Spanish Town" is unique; strolling around the neighborhood to view homes and gardens is a treat. Coffee shop down the street, downtown area and Interstate very close by. Designated parking is helpful, in an area that is "permit parking" only. I love the high end finishes/products, artwork, and decor. Convenient kitchen: air fryer, microwave, Keurig, but strangely, no potholders, and just one kitchen towel, no sponge or……

“The home was exactly as promised, wonderful location downtown within walking distance to entertainment and great restaurants. Great game weekend spot for friends in my case.”

“The bathroom was totally unacceptable and the whole building had an odor. I don't require the Ritz, but I also don’t do 49 a night motels. The mold on the shower curtain was totally unacceptable and the shower head hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. We spent the night Friday night out of necessity because we got into town so late and we left early the next morning. So we booked the room for 2 nights and only stayed 8 hours. I have stayed in multiple rental properties and this is by far……

“Place looks just as described, with a beautiful shower (not pictured). Host was very nice and communicated well. Location was nice and quiet. Only 15-20 minutes drive from all the activities in Baton Rouge. My husband and I rented it for an anniversary getaway weekend, and this was the perfect spot! ”

“Couldn't be a better location. Very welcoming place. Relaxing. Quiet. Wonderful place to stay.”

“Brenda's place was perfect for our stay during LSU graduation weekend. She provided a welcoming space for me and my family. The beds were super comfy and each bedroom having it's own bathroom came in handy for several girls trying to get ready each morning. Despite the location being on a super busy street, the townhouses are tucked behind a business and fencing - making it surprisingly quiet. Thank you Brenda for a fantastic stay!”

“Went for LSU family weekend and this was the perfect set up. Not too far from everything & Ubering was not a problem from this location. The Keypad gave my daughter some trouble when she came home one night, but other than that no problems. Would definitely stay here again!!!”

“The place smelled of smoke. Bedding was very old and not comfortable. Not a great neighborhood. Party house not an overnight ”

“Every little detail was looked after from provided toiletries to handy coffee makers available in the room.”
