The listing clearly provided a phone number for inquiries, so we called the number expecting assistance. However, the woman who answered repeatedly stated that she was in Canada and claimed she wasn’t responsible for the property. Instead of helping us, she simply referred us to someone else without giving proper contact details or clarification. Despite the confusion, we managed to locate the property. When we arrived, we were shocked by the condition of the place. It was completely different from what was shown online — poorly maintained, unwelcoming, and not suitable for guests. It felt entirely misrepresented on your platform. We didn’t even step inside to stay. We simply turned around and left immediately. This experience was not only a waste of our time and effort, but also incredibly unprofessional. We had trusted Expedia to provide verified and trust"
