“Great staff but need better maintenance ”

“The unit was clean, the lady on check in was very nice and friendly. It was perfect for a family and parking was shaded. The reliable hot water was a nice touch, WiFi strength was ok and although not adjacent to malls or national restaurants - it’s close enough to drive. Also very close to Tondaligan Beach and the Catholic Church. The minor caveat was they didn’t know I made a reservation but luckily the unit wasn’t reserved for someone else so we waited a bit for the unit to be readied. ”

“This was our second stay at this hotel, and it certainly won’t be our last. The highlight for us is easily the pool area, which is always beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing. In addition to the incredible pool, all the other facilities—including the on-site dining options—The staff remains consistently welcoming and attentive, ensuring our second visit was just as memorable as our first. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality getaway……

“When I come to this place it was close I was going on the road taxi driver taking advantage about situation, I have to pay lot of money I want my money back i hope expedia. Com will send money if you check in system you can see i have new booking in baguio Supreme hotel same date it is difficult to call to expedia from Phillipines, i was having big problem with gangs and taxi driver poses me to pay money, all start because of this hotel”

“Very terrible experience with Kawayan Kiling Resort. No food available, no towels, no comfort at all. Generally very disappointing.”

“Someone teenager met us at hotel. No amenities but has to ask as no soap, shampoo/ conditioner or wash towel. Have to wait when checking out as nobody at office or reception even at night. Pay for third person but no pillow and blanket/ towel. Never check in or book here. ”
