“It was very run down. They charged me a $50 cleaning fee for my service dog. No where on their website does it say about bringing paperwork showing he is a service dog which is actually not allowed. All the bedding was stained and didn't look clean. I actually went and bought sheets to put on the bed to sleep on because I wasn't sleeping on theirs. They need a major remodel!
