“The property was well maintained a beautifully kept. Check-in was easy and we had an enjoyable stay.”

“Really nice cabin, great settling. The carpet could use a cleaning and the silverware was very limited, but we would still definitely stay there again.”

“Large space.Advertised as having a futon in one of the bedrooms, which is the reason I booked it originally. Futon not there. This was rectified quickly, as they brought over a twin fold up bed. Nice view at the top of the hill. Reimbursed half of what I paid originally for stay, since we moved to another location (Sieverville) since there was way more to do) (I should have paid more attention to the fine print) . More things to do on site would have been very nice. Good to deal with. ……

“We were looking for a quick quiet place to reset. This did the trick. Very quiet and peaceful. Cabin was clean and had all we needed for a simple weekend away. Host was very responsive. Will be back.”

“cabin need to be better mark with address could not see the number from the street”

“Our stay at this home on Center Hill Lake was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned to create a relaxing and memorable getaway. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. We especially loved all of the amenities, including the kayaks, paddleboards, swim spa, fire pits, charcoal grill, and the spacious two-level patio overlooking the lake. The views were stunning, and it was the perfect place……

“All in all, our stay was very good. A small, rustic cabin, which I loved. The only thing I would like to mention is that there are no clothes closets or dressers. There is a small chest in the bedroom. If planning to cook a lot, make sure you bring spices/seasonings and maybe a casserole or baking dish.Very quiet and peaceful and the view at the end of the road is beautiful Internet works best sitting on the front porch. It is pet friendly.”

“Very nice place & very clean. Host was very prompt with answers to questions to questions.”

“Clean home, great size for families to cook and enjoy some R&R. However, property needed some yard maintenance in order to use walking access to lake.”

“My husband, and my in laws were in town for a family reunion……we almost always go out at night for music and libation…..however…..we stayed in both nights as there was no reason to go anywhere but this beautiful property. We enjoyed just hanging out on the great wrap around porch…..inside, you have 3 distinct living room areas appointed with gorgeous artwork and the creations of our VRBO host Brad. We appreciated each unique piece that you found everywhere your eye went - even the secret room……

“The home was perfect for our quick overnight stay. We loved the out of town location, it was perfect as we were traveling in a large pickup truck and had a pup with us.”

“House was perfect. Driveway was steeper than I thought, but we went during summer so not a big deal.”

“Was a great stay!”

“This house has a beautiful site to wake up to every morning!! The children love the down stairs, makes them feel like they have there own hideout. I will recommend to everyone and anyone to visit this property it has what your looking for, comfort, quiet, and a spectacular view.”

“Beautiful cottage, very relaxing!”

“This place is a must stay! It does not get any better. Nature, creeks, Stars, quite, good AC, big frig, good water pressure, comfortable, easy tv remote access, good communication from host, 1 hour to all the falls or 2 hours either way(head east or west) to Nashville or Pigeon Forge. Sparta was great town to visit for dinners. We will go back!”

“Very clean and comfortable cabin. Nice location and host was very accommodating.”
