“Amazing place with quiet and nice views”

“Johann met us on arrival, he is a wonderful friendly host. The apartment is immaculate. It has the highest finishes which may you feel right at home. The apartment was extremely clean and warm. The added inverter system with battery also ensured we had constant power during load shedding. We would stay with DK Villas and Johann again anytime we could. It was an absolute pleasure deal with Johann.”

“This house was great for a family holiday. Spacious, secure and in a quiet part of Cape Town. Ideal if you want to be close to Cape Point, Muizenberg and the city centre but in the middle of the city. The hosts were very welcoming and catered effectively for our needs. The house had all the utilities we needed, and is a 5min drive from nice restaurants and supermarkets, a well as Hout Bay harbour.”

“This is our 2nd 10-day stay here. The house is 1 minute's walk from Hout Bay Beach, has views across the bay, is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Communication throughout has been perfect. The host is very friendly and helpful. Secure parking in front of the property and two supermarkets a few minutes' walk away, several good quality local dining options and Chapman's Peak Drive is on the doorstep. Hout Bay Beach itself is long, sandy and surprisingly quiet. It feels like a locals……

“A fabulous property in a stunning location. Ivanka was the perfect host and so helpful. The Red room we stayed in has the most amazing views and the breakfast each morning was fantastic and could be taken out on the terrace or inside if breezy. They had a bed turn down service at night and even left a little chocolate on your pillow each evening which was a really nice touch! A very safe, secure location too with electric gates and you have your own keys so you are free to come and go as you……

“Lovely guest house with the highlight being the varanda where we enjoyed beautiful prepared breakfasts while enjoying the view of the Hout Bay harbour. The only negative was not being offered assistance by the staff on duty to assist with the bags. Steep stairs to the room, so assistance would have been welcome. Apart from that, enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. ”
