“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……

“Habitación muy antigua y toallas no limpias, ventilación mecánizada ruidosa, ventanas con desperfectos, falta ascensor, aire acondicionado que no funcionaba correctamente. Un Hotel Ibis muy poco recomendable, sin "budget" diría directamente. La zona muy decadente, delante una gasolinera abandonada, por si faltara que añadir algo más... ”

“We’ve stayed at a few pet friendly hotels over the years here as it’s our first stop over en route and this hotel is in a good location, overall clean and tidy . Breakfast is fine although I always think these continental breakfast’s are over priced .”
