The staff was amazing. Had a medical emergency, (something in my eye from the beach) the concierge called emergency facility and taxi, and guided me to a rapid recovery——the breakfast was outstanding and the view!!!!!!

Hotel St-Julian is the perfect way to experience the town and unique neighborhoods of Biarritz. Phillip and his wife are the best of host. St. Julian is situated on a quaint side street, but so close to the beaches, bakeries, and cafes that we did not use our car once. The hotel is amazing, fully remodeled , our room was exquisite. The surfaces in each part of the room are tastfully matched with beautiful refinished old wood floors complemented by bathrooms tiled with uniquely new artisan...

The toilet was separate from the shower and had no ventilation and when you flush the toilet the water splashes out even with the lid on. Other than that I loved the property.

This place blew us away. We have stayed all over the world in hotels that cost a lot more money or similar. The experience here was absolutely top notch. The receptionist and other staff were so helpful and so sweet. We were so impressed by the level of service and how friendly everyone was. Such a great experience. We will send all our friends and family here. Exceptional.

We loved staying at this hotel - our bedroom was beautiful (and huge), combining old charm with modern beauty (bathroom was nicely updated). The front desk staff was very nice and helpful - they helped us figure out the local bus system to go to an indoor spa just outside of town on a rainy day when we could not go to the beach and gave us good restaurant recommendations for dinner! This hotel has the perfect location right on the water and city center. The staff was wonderfully attentive upgrading our room to an oceanfront suite because one was available. The only complication was the lack of parking and the complication of reaching the hotel to drop off your luggage. But once I called the hotel we got good directions on where we could park.

Perfect place! The only setback is the restaurant service outside, which was ultra slow and subpar, but anything else is top notch. Would stay again.

The hotel is great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the decor is very fun and clever. The rooms are well configured, just small. We’re traveling for three weeks so were a bit overpacked but made it all work. It’s a quick walk to central town, which was great after dinner, and nice to be out of the hustle + bustle.
