“This was the cutest little cottage. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Michael (the property manager) was absolutely amazing. He was at our beck and call if we needed him. I will reach out to him whenever I decide to go to NJ again. I have to say that the neatest part of the stay was not having to do anything to check out. ”

“The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund.”

“The cottage was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to visit family at the Jersey shore. The location is on the quiet bay side, but within walking distance to shops, food and the boardwalk. It was off season, so parking was not an issue. It was clean and cozy with comfortable beds, linens, and towels. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and coffee all provided and a nice touch. The only negative would be the lack of a washer/dryer as there is no space for them, but not a deal breaker for us……

“Place was clean and in a nice area. Refrigerator did not work and all our food spoiled. We were told a maintenance worker would come and he never did. We were also randomly charged an extra 500 dollars. Luckily we were able to get it back but we should have never been charged.”

“After a little hiccup with the check in process, everything was wonderful! House was exactly as described, clean and ready to go when we walked in. Only three blocks from the beach and very close to the boardwalk. This made it so we didn't have to move the car. Yay! Close to so many restaurants as well. Great stay with a great location!”

The home is very clean and efficiently equipped. The game room was a bonus especially with our busy kids. All the rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable. We already said we would love to stay there again. I highly recommend this host and home to all for a truly wonderful experience. ”
