On the 1st floor: living room, lounge and kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (bathtub), WC. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds and 3 single beds), bathroom (shower + WC). Total floor area: 176 m² including attic areas. Balcony + terrace + natural land (partly sloping). Wood to be paid directly to the owner. Traditional family chalet 6 km from the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant ski area & 8 km from the family resort of Arèches. Charming typical hamlet. Quiet residential area. South hillside. Pleasant preserved natural setting of meadows. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Very cozy and spacious. Balcony and terrace on one level. Natural land. Magnificent panorama on the massif.
