“Arrivé tard et parti tôt, j'ai été très bien accueilli à l'Hôtel de France, zu cœur de Vire. Bel hôtel avec un restaurant que j'ai eu la chance de découvrir il y a quelques semaines.
Ma chambre était impeccablement propre et très fonctionnelle. Linge de toilette propre et en quantité suffisante.”
“When we arrived the owner greeted us and showed us to a lovely room we had booked, we only stayed the one night en route to our holiday destination and found the room clean and very comfortable . we were given lots of local information to find a bistro in the local town of Aunay sur Odon. The breakfast was well received and presented in a pleasant manner by Thom who was charming . we will have to come again next year and well worth a visit especially for a qiuck over night and as in our case……

arrived a whole 5 mins before time - and I perched on a stool in the hallway to say hello to the dog to be told I mustn’t sit on the stool as it’s an antique!! Welcome !! The breakfast was pretty basic - and we had to pre-order the one pastry that we were entitled to - it was placed in a dish on the buffet table, but we weren’t supposed to touch it until it was served to us ...
