Staff were very accommodating. We landed at Heathrow and stopped at Manor Hotel on the way home to Warwickshire. We arrived at 11.30pm and the staff were very understanding. The room was very nice and spacious. Bathroom very clean. Very good complementary treats in the room. Even though we didn't stay for breakfast but the menu looked very good. Definitely will stay again and this time longer for breakfast

Hotel was lovely. Staff fantastic and on the whole the room was great. My only issue at 6ft 4” was no shower and a bath under the slip of the ceiling. But that’s just a personal thing. This is the third time I’ve stayed and will be staying again.

The Manor is a grand building in very nice grounds. My room was very tired and I arrived to no tea, coffee or water in the room and the bathroom toiletries were all empty. It took several hours for these to be filled which meant after a long journey I was unable to shower. The bathroom itself was very tired and could have done with an update. Dripping tap which was very hard to turn on and off and really could do with new shower cubicle. The curtains were hanging off hooks in the bedroom so couldn’t shut properly. The bedding was good and a very comfortable bed. The food was of a reasonable standard. Overall I didn’t think it was value for money and wouldn’t recommend.
