“We felt at home. The owner upgraded our room to sea view and a balcony. This is a family-owened business so we could witness the caring about their property and kindness of treating the visitors. Otel is very clean and not a big place although they are upgrading the rooms one at a time to make it even better. Owner and staff were very helpful assisting us with our questions. Food was very delicious and home made. Chicken kebap was the best in our entire trip to Turkie. We will come back……

“Cold room, loud and outdated fan right outside your balcony, unfriendly staff ( except one out of the whole team ) zero hospitality, zero customer service training, asked them if I can change rooms since the toilet fan doesn’t work and the loud noise from the heating unit in the balcony and they asked for extra money even though the place was empty, only 2 families in the entire two building. Extremely disappointed, definitely will be my last visit. ”

“Het hotel voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Qua prijs kwaliteit echt top! Hotel is vorig jaar volledig gerenoveerd waardoor het voelde als een splinternieuw hotel. Fijne ruime kamer en zeer vriendelijk personeel (receptie, restaurant, keuken, bar, entertainment). Alles was erg schoon. Het eten was erg goed en afwisselend en alles was ook heerlijk op smaak. Echt met zorg bereid door een verzorgd keukenteam. De cocktails en het ijs all inclusive waren ook lekker. Het hotel zat niet vol waardoor……
