Between Berry and Poitou, in the Brenne Regional Natural Park and at the end of a small country road, holiday home in a beautiful estate with a shared swimming pool (5 x 10 meters) with the owners and another gîte open from mid-May to the end of September (unheated).  
  
Plus points: bed linen, towels, cleaning and heating included in the price On one level: living room - equipped kitchen with dining area - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds - bathroom - separate toilet - laundry room with shower and a second separate toilet.  
Above the kitchen, mezzanine (safety barrier to the stairs) with 2 single beds.  
  
Oil central heating included in the price.  
Private terrace, private unfenced garden, parking and covered shelter for one car.  
  
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
