“We love the all-inclusiveness of the resort, the use of the pools and lazy river, restaurants on-site, mini golf, movie at the pool at night, friendly and helpful staff, lay-out of the lodging, plenty of towels and pillows, fully stocked kitchen utensils for cooking, full size refrigerator... I could go on and on. We come here often to relax, we live within 50 miles but once in a while you have to get away and this is our choice.”

“我們這次住公寓式家庭房，兩間臥室及客廳廚房，餐具廚房一應俱全，房間整潔乾淨(但連續住宿期間不會打掃)，園區有大泳池，景觀頗佳。 小缺點是客服人員滿冷淡的，沒啥耐心，有可能是對英語不夠流暢的人沒有耐性....”

“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……

“What an amazing resort! So many pools and amenities! We had so much fun exploring the pools, slides, hot tubs, ice cream shop, etc. So close to Disney as well! A wonderful place to stay altogether!”

“This was a perfect stay. Easy check-in with the front desk staff. The resort has been updated a bit since the pictures, so it looks a little more modern than shown. The two pools and mini golf course were fun additions! Definitely would stay here again!”

“It was a pleasant stay at Villatel!! Very close to all the parks and safe area to stay with family and kids. Brand new houses and clean ! Well stocked kitchen ! Pool was the best part!! Highly Recommended ! Will be back soon and ”
