“The staff was super friendly (including to my dog). The room was very nice. The grounds were wonderful for traveling with a dog. There were sidewalks with woods and a small field. The town was very nice, quiet and safe. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast which was expected. I couldn’t use it with the dog and they can’t stay in a room alone (again-typical and understandably expected).”

“Gwynne and her family’s cottage is so quaint! This was my first time spending the weekend in Belmont, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to call home for the weekend. Not only was it beautiful and clean, but it was in proximity to all of the town’s dining and stores. The hammock was a plus, and I enjoyed a few minutes lying outside in nature. From booking to check out, Gwynne and team communicated effectively! I would definitely stay here again!”

“We visited the property for a family vacation. Check in was smooth and the property was quiet, clean and well-equipped. There was one small hiccup along the way. I chalk it up to the time of year, but there were some ants concentrated in the kitchen. I messaged the host and he sent additional bait traps and ensured that pest control came out the next day. I was pleased with the prompt response and the rest of the trip went off without a hitch.”

“Spent the week here while our son attended summer day camp at the whitewater center. He’s 12 and loved it so much he recorded a video saying goodbye to all the amenities he is going to miss .”

“My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had to do a Zoom meeting from my room and the lighting was poor. It needed I floor lamp next to the desk. The desk had a lamp but did not work well. There was no pen or small notepad. To reach the microwave I had to kneel to see the buttons to turn on. Overall it was a good and quiet stay.”
