“Excellent property from check in. Spacious room with great amenities, everything you need. Daily room service was fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parap location is fantastic, shops across the road...bakery is excellent and market on Saturday a must.”

“The first night could not get my car into the car park had to park on the roadside the window in my room could not be locked so that made me feel a little uneasy as would have been very easy to break into my room there was tea and coffee but no milk so had to go buy some as no staff around to ask”

“Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. I could also hear footsteps and movement from the room above. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Everything else is fine.”

Although a parking address was provided, it was not clearly stated that there is no on-site parking and that the car park is located approximately 100 metres away. As I had a sprained foot and multiple pieces of luggage, this was very inconvenient. If it had been clearly stated that parking is off-site, I would have reconsidered booking.
