“Overall the propety was good, lots of space, however, it was marketed as disabled friendly but there were a couple of things that could be improved upon. There were 2 steps up to the main entrance & we didn't know there was a portable ramp until we explored the garage. The back door was disabled friendly but we weren't told where the key was, I just happened to find it in a bowl on the shelf in the kitchen. “It was a traditional three bed room town house so it was more than enough for two of us but we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, quiet and very convenient to the train station, local shops and restaurants. The beach is just 3 mins walk away. The communication with the landlady was very good as well and Ruth was very helpful. We like Bridlington a lot so definitely consider to come back to this house again. ”

“Only 1 very trivial thing was the lawn was a bit long, which just made it a wee bit difficult to find & lift our dogs poop ”

“The flat was new and modern looking. It was Pleasant, but as the windows were dirty and the view from those windows (being at the back of the property) was very unappealing, we were forced to have the blinds down all the time. The biggest disappointment was that on the Expedia ad it said 'parking included' and it was not, therefore we felt Expedia used false advertising. Parking was our first priority when looking for a place to stay. We were able to find parking elsewhere, which wasn't close to……

“Excellent experience staying in this house! Great, quiet location and easy to access. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. It was extremely clean and well-organised with lots of different amenities provided. The kitchen is very well-equipped with various utensils and appliances. I also appreciated the selection of books and DVDs in the living room which come in handy on a rainy afternoon. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay!”
