“The room was terrible. I had booked a city-view room, but instead the window faced another building so close that we could see directly inside each other’s rooms. It wasn’t clean at all—almost as if housekeeping never came. The air conditioner vents were full of dust, so even when I turned it on, it felt unpleasant. The bathroom was covered in water stains, and the showerhead was broken, leaking water sideways. The TV screen was damaged and didn’t work at all. The worst part was at……

“Had to call to get check-in details and they didn’t have our booking. Was stressful with 3 kids trying to find somewhere else to stay. They eventually sent a staff member to meet us to check in. Location was perfect. Price was very cheap. Building was old but was ok. Unit was fine for the price.”

“エレベータから中2階の部屋(8階と7階の中間に部屋がある)へは必ず階段10段くらい移動。荷物が重い時は大変。 シャワーとトイレの仕切りのガラス戸がの隙間が大きくシャワーの水がトイレ側に多く漏れ床が濡れて足拭きの置き場に困った。また冷蔵庫が部屋にないのも大変不便。 全体としてシンプルな作りでそれはいいが、快適性はなく不便なので★1.5”

“Communication was good with host. Apartment was clean and had a magnificent view (20th floor). Easy check in with code. Everything worked well and new appliances. The problem is that the apartment was NOT the one listed and nothing like on pictures. No night tables and no decoration. The worst part is that it was with a rooftop pool but the pool is closed for many years now. This part was very disappointing, the rest was good. ”
