The Space:
When you step into this bright and newly renovated apartment, you'll immediately feel at home. To the right, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking on holiday, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, and freezer.
Moving further into the apartment, the open-plan living space features a dining area, a comfortable sofa bed, and a smart TV. Step out onto the lovely balcony, where you can enjoy meals with a beautiful sea view — on occasion, you might even spot dolphins swimming by.
Upstairs, you'll discover a large and private roof terrace with a cozy lounge area, perfect for soaking up the sun all day long.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep.
Other amenities include A/C in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and much more to ensure your stay is as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!
The Neighborhood:
A few minutes away by car is also the El Higueron Sport Club with a world-class paddle facility, here there is also a restaurant and Spa and plenty of parking.
It takes just under 15 minutes to travel from the airport to the apartment and there is also a train nearby that takes you along the entire coast, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, the Airport and Malaga city.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No smoking inside, no parties
- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks
- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.
- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
