A seamless blend of nature with effortless luxury, this 1,755 sq. ft. residence can sleep up to 6 guests with its 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and full ensuite bathroom. Thoughtful interiors embrace modern Pacific Northwest design and bring the outdoors in with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide natural light and showcase the Ponderosa pines surrounding the home. You’ll find an expansive great room with a gas fireplace for entertaining, a separate dining area and an open chef’s kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and high-end finishes. Two patios offer extensive outdoor living space, with both a dining area and a full-size hot tub overlooking protected woodlands. Part of Caldera Springs’ adventure-filled expansion, Forestbrook vacation homes are just moments from exclusive amenities, including the Lake House and Quarry Pool, Caldera Links golf course, community parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and an abundance of lakes, streams and trails. Additional details of this home include: • Beautiful views of the stream and lake from your backyard • Great room featuring vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, 55” 4K TV and media player • Experience culinary luxury in an upscale chef's kitchen, complete with sleek quartz countertops and top-of-the-line JennAir stainless steel appliances, as well as high-end SMEG countertop appliances. • Expansive dining room table that can seat up to 8 guests • Primary bedroom with king-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and water closet • Additional suite on the main level with king-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom • Sleeper sofa in the main living area • Guest half-bathroom on the main level • Large outdoor patio featuring living and dining area and gas firepit • Separate patio with full-size hot tub • Laundry room with washer and dryer • Single car garage with up to two parking spaces in the driveway • For guests arriving with an electric vehicle (EV), we offer the convenience of an EV-compatible charging outlet (14/50 240v 40 amp) equipped with a dedicated circuit. EV guests are kindly requested to bring their own charging cord and plug, along with any necessary adaptors for Tesla vehicles. Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.
