First time it was good, we had a nice room, everything went good and we felt comfortable coming back to the same place. but the second time they couldn’t find our reservation even though we made it through hotels a long time ago. They couldn’t offer us the same room we booked but had another room that we decided to stay in. It was a very unpleasant experience, bugs in the beds and dogs barking outside all night, we barely slept. We changed hostal the day after. ……
