  • Apartment on Levante beach in Benidorm, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and capacity for 6 people.

    Accommodation of 41 m² cosy and very bright, with panoramic views of the sea, the bay, the city and the mountain.



    It has a lift, 7 m² of glazed terrace, air conditioning, high-speed internet access (wifi) via fibre, heat pump heating, ceiling fan, seasonal communal swimming pool (01/06-30/09), 1 Television, iron and hair dryer.

    The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



    - The key handover and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, commercial name BenidormBooking, just opposite the Casino.

    - A deposit of €200 is retained by credit/debit card or cash if necessary.

    - Check-in from 4:30 PM (high season from 6:00 PM)

    - Check-out before 11:00 AM

Excellent séjour, appartement pratique, idéalement situé, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et une

de l’appartement. La proximité de la plage de Levante, des restaurants, des magasins comme Lidl, des calanques et du parc aquatique est très appréciable et nous a permis de faire la plupart de nos déplacements à pied. L’appartement était propre à notre arrivée. Les deux climatiseurs ainsi que le ventilateur de plafond nous ont véritablement sauvés pendant les fortes chaleurs. La vue sur la mer depuis le balcon est magnifique. Le grand réfrigérateur avec congélateur est très pratique pour un séjour en groupe. La piscine était propre, peu fréquentée et offrait également une belle vue sur la mer. La rue est assez calme, même si l’on entend parfois un peu de musique. Le matériel de cuisine est suffisant pour cuisiner. Nous tenons également à remercier l’agence pour sa confiance en ayant accepté de louer l’appartement à un groupe de six jeunes de 19 ans. Tout au long du séjour mais également avant le séjour ,le personnel a été très professionnel, attentif et toujours très réactif pour répondre à nos questions. La connexion Wi-Fi est excellente. Le principal point négatif concerne les plaques de cuisson : lorsque deux plaques sont utilisées en même temps, le compteur disjoncte, ce qui oblige à cuisiner avec une seule plaque sinon on se retrouve sans électricité . Si l’on cherche quelques points d’amélioration, davantage de verres et d’assiettes seraient appréciés, ainsi que des boîtes de conservation pour les aliments au réfrigérateur et un égouttoir à vaisselle. Nous avons également dû acheter une tête de balai, qui était absente à notre arrivée, mais nous l’avons laissée sur place afin que les prochains voyageurs puissent en profiter. L’appartement est situé dans une rue en pente, ce qui peut être un peu fatigant, mais cela reste tout à fait faisable pour des personnes jeunes et dynamiques. Enfin, le ballon d’eau chaude est un peu juste pour six personnes, mais cela reste gérable en s’organisant surtout en période estivale ou certaines personnes préfèrent se doucher à l’eau froide
