Saona Villas presents this charming villa with air conditioning and private pool surrounded by palm and pine trees and located in San Jaime just 1.5 km from the sea.

Villa of approximately 100 m² for 4 people spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. It is located just 5 minutes by car from the famous small coastal town of Moraira, you can discover a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops and the main sandy beach 'La Ampolla'.

Distances: Beach 1.5 km. Supermarket 300 meters, restaurant 500 meters. City center 3 km.

On the upper floor: From the parking lot, you access the upper floor via an external staircase, which goes up to a covered terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Typically Spanish living/dining room, with satellite TV + DVD. Equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker). 1 separate toilet.

On the lower level: 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds). Air conditioning: 1 unit installed in the corridor which serves the 2 bedrooms. 1 full bathroom + washing machine.

Outside: Enclosed land with trees. Beautiful private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters with internal steps. Outdoor shower + deckchairs. Beautiful outdoor terraces (including upstairs), covered and uncovered, garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking for 2 cars.

ALL INCLUSIVE / except: Deposit: €400 / stay by credit card or in cash (deposit debited and returned approximately 1 week after departure, provide a RIB for reimbursement if you pay in cash).
