“It Was SHORTEST stay - just opened the room door, and run away.”

“Breakfast menu could be little better an hotter...an they start cleaning at 9am an dont give u time.they cleaning all around u...could have few more things on it.they dont put when somethings empty but other than that great........ Could put xtra cups of coffee pods Room was great .an so was staff”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property’s condition was unacceptable. After checking in, I immediately found the room was not acceptable and left within minutes. The hotel acknowledged the issue and told me they would refund the full charge. They even issued a credit to my credit card, but then reversed it without explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly, I was unable to get the promised refund. I ultimately had to dispute the charge……

“Loved this little house and all the attention to detail! Would definitely return.”

“Everything was great except no coffee maker in room, I was also near a back entrance/exit so that was noisy at times. I don't recommend those rooms.The bed was great, room clean, liked staff, breakfast nice. I would stay again.”

“Right off the start, the front staff was inapt! Upon arriving at the room, the bath was not Senior (old folks) friendly! The dam toilet was on the floor. Thankfully, there was a grab bar at the toilet. But if you are aged, it takes some strength to rise from the toilet! The lower you are to the dam floor, the harder it is to rise! The TV was rigged to a minimum volume. After two (2) replacement remotes, the volume could not be adjusted to acceptable level, Coffee cream and facial tissue had not……

“The room seem to be hurriedly cleaned if you can call it cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee filter from the last guest in the coffee maker. There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet needed to be worked on as you had to flush twice to get it to flush. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the freezer part was almost full of ice and looked as it had not been wiped out in sometime. The……

“Still very confused about payment process. Host asked me to send additional money on weird sources. But stay was great!”

“Bathroom had not been cleaned. Residue remaining in toilet. Hair everywhere in shower. Water pipes sound as if they will soon explode. Mold in restroom. Continental breakfast is an embarrassment.”

“Our floors, toilet and sink were not clean. Linens were clean and a sufficient amount were provided. The property smelled of Marijuana throughout. Our room had an unusual odor as well. The pool looked nice, we just weren't there long enough to use it.”
