Front of house staff were very nice and helpful. Great and reasonably priced hotel in a great area. Lots of food options are close. Really it was the staff that made this a very good experience.

Comfortable and clean. Demerits only for lack of hand towels, which is unusual in all but the very cheapest motels, and a shower stall that dripped and leaked on the floor. Breakfast was above average.

The room was dirty, there was something sticky on thr floor and hair on the beds, even under the sheets…. We went and purchased blankets to lay on. The ac unit didn’t work at all!!!! It was so hot in the room all night. We would have complained to the desk but there was no one there anytime we went down

I would not stay here again. The sink faucet wasn’t attached to the sink. The toilet was moving every time you sat down. The walls were disgusting. The carpet was STICKY. The shower head was coming out for the wall. I can’t believe this has a 7.0 rating. I would not give it close to that.

We stay there because it's only 10 minutes away from my friend's house. It's very quiet place. Staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast is also good. Just one thing we asked extra comforter but they don't have extra :(. My elderly parents don't like AC but we can't sleep without AC. Beside that everything is good. We will stay there next time when we come to Rockville. Thanks

We were honestly a little worried about staying at this hotel after reading some of the previous reviews. There were comments mentioning cleanliness issues, bed bugs, cockroaches, and even mice, so naturally we did not know what to expect. However, we were very pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. We stayed in three different rooms, and all of them were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was also very clean, and during our stay we did not experience any of the problems mentioned in some of the older reviews. Another pleasant surprise was the breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start the day. I felt it was important to leave this review because sometimes negative reviews can create an image of a hotel that may no longer reflect its current condition. Based on our experience, it seems that the hotel has made a real effort to improve, and that deserves to be recognized. We had a very positive stay and would definitely consider staying here again. To the management and staff: keep up the good work! Your efforts are noticed and appreciated.
