“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……

“A great location only seconds away from Port Vieux beach yet set on a quiet road. The hosts Stephanie & Thierry are super helpful. They are proud and passionate Basques who can recommend what we see in the region. Breakfast was lovely including local Basque cheese, ham & jam. The only place to stay in Biarritz in my opinion. ”
