Great Location

Posted Sep 12, 2016
Pros: Great Location!
Cons: This hotel is run down and needs updating, plus a good cleaning is in order.
Location: Water front Gulf beaches and great casinos with activities for all ages!
We had a great visit to Biloxi! However, we feel this hotel is run down and needs a good cleaning.

We went to our room, smell body odor and weed

Posted Jul 25, 2016
Upon check in was informed that we could only have 1 towel, all the towels had been stolen, went to check out the room and the whole outside area smelled of body odor and marijuana went back to the front desk the clerk refused to refund my money. Left and found suitable lodgings elsewhere. I was so tempted to call the police and have them investigate the smell

Our stay was suppose to be a week. We got to the room it was dirty, carpet was sticky from spills, water was brown and smelled like raw sewage, the sheets were dirty, the bath tub had scum in it. I was very disappointed and couldn't even believe that place was able to rent out them filthy rooms. We went to another room and it was in the same shape. We were reimbursed 6 nights and our pet fee, but $126.32 for the 1st night was kept. We went and got another hotel $300 cheaper and it was worth the money and more. I would never recommend Ramada Limited to anyone. I wouldn't let my pet stay there. We drove 18 hours to get there and then walked in to filth. Needless to say I was quite an upset person. Worst traveling experience ever.

Place to Rest Your Head

Posted Jul 7, 2016
Cons: Technology Service Room comfort Weight room Breakfast
Location: Casinos, food, beach, etc.
This place is definitely not a 5-star hotel so don't expect much. The staff weren't too bad until I tried to log into the internet and they thought I was stupid and couldn't spell guest... like really... but when I took my computer to show them it wasn't letting me on, they tried to reset it and say they didn't know what to do. I figured it out... There are 2 websites fyi. The phone was messed up when I called the office so I couldn't even understand them. Cord phones... Really? Who owns those anymore?! This place does. The "Weight Room" has like 1 treadmill in it... that's about it. It's also right in front of the front desk... not much privacy. The breakfast was small and the bare minimum really; cereal, waffles; bread, juice, coffee. Overall it's not that great but it's good enough...
