“Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, ”

“Very good, clean and tidy accommodation. No air con, but openable windows or balcony doors. Big bed with Medium density mattress, no fridge in room. Overall very happy with room. Parking on premises if you pay daily, but free parking over the road after 6pm and free 2 hrs between 8 and 6pm. Never seen a parking attendant or warden in 4 days there. Very well located in lovely area. Swimming pool and gym over the road, cinema is excellent and coastal walk in both directions to Blackpool or to……

“Location- right on beachfront, shops a short walk away. Lytham festival a short taxi ride away. The hotel is tired and a mixture of different decor…80’s/90’s - in need of an update, lots of little fixtures/ finishes need fixing in main areas. It seems a little like a hotel that’s from another era. Our room itself was nt too bad and overall. If you are travelling for festival and not in your room much, it’s fine, but it is very noisey at night with paper thin walls and creaky floorboards.”

“Had to ask for clean cup at breakfast both days of our stay. Parking limited to approx 10-12 cars. Hotel is typically “tired” behind the initial entrance scenes. A rabbit warren of corridors and stairs to the rooms at the very extended rear of the property.”

“Room only hotel with keycard access. Big, well equipped bedrooms and slick booking process. Great central location and perfect for business use.”

“Super host and great variety at breakfast. Felt very looked after and welcomed. Room clean with adequate shower and plenty of lovely little extras. Only negative was the pillow was a little lumpy and duvet a little heavy, had a very hot night even with the fan in the room. Couldn't open window because of noise from the seagulls! That said I would recommend a stay here. Lot better than other b&bs I've tried in Blackpool and very central.”
