“I arrived 15 min early and they wanted to charge me 20 pounds for early checkin. Called for extra towels and they did not deliver. Went to the front desk to ask for towels and they said that they did not have any available.”
“Given a room next to elevator that developped a scratching or screeching noise everytime anyone used it. Place was busy so could not get different riom and neither Expedia or Premier Inn gust services made it clear how to get some compensation. For four nights we could not enjoy the room or sleep well .”
“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very run down, the floor boards were particularly creaky and everything about the property seemed run down. There were no power points near the bed and the bed was very low and too soft.”
