“Lovely countryside location. ”

“Historic hotel with lots of character, but also filled with modern comforts and amenities. Staff were welcoming and friendly, room was nicely decorated, cosy, warm and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner menus in the rooms, along with a selection of drinks, and a whole book full of the hotel's history and other useful info. All toiletries provided too. Large bar area and restaurant serving food and beers from the local Hall and Woodhouse brewery. Room prices were really reasonable considering……

“This is a lovely old cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom extension. It had everything you need in a cottage, was clean and warm. The garden would be a lovely spot to sit in warm weather. I would recommend it.”
