“Rooms weren't that great but they SEEMED to be clean. A few days later, after being at home, itchy bed bug bites started popping up all over our bodies. Talk about disgusting! Went to doctor and sure enough we were bitten by numerous bed bugs.”

“Check in was easy, hotel, grounds and room were clean. Large room, large bathroom, shower leaked until I pulled really hard on the faucet handle. One of two elevators was out of service. The food for the rooftop bar that came up from the ground floor kitchen and the maids carts had to use that one elevator with the hotel guests. Staff in the rooftop bar was inexperienced young college students who didn't know to bring utensils napkins nor plates to the table when we had ordered food. Also……

“Don't be misled by the high ratings—they were definitely faked. The carpet was covered in large black stains, and there was a pungent odor in the room. The towels looked like they’d been fished out of a trash can—tattered, stained, and completely worn out... the whole place felt like a refugee camp.”
