Sea Urchin is a beautiful single level home set directly on the seafront in Pagham, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This charming coastal home offers breathtaking sea views, comfortable accommodation and everything you need for a relaxing seaside holiday.
As you enter the property a spacious porch provides a great space to store beachwear and shoes after a day by the water.
To the front of the home are two well appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, an en suite shower room and ample hanging and storage space. The second bedroom is ideal for families with a double bunk (double on the bottom, single on top) and an additional single bed. The family bathroom includes a shower.
At the heart of the house the open-plan living and dining area enjoys stunning views of the sea. A large dining table comfortably seats up to 10 guests, perfect for enjoying home cooked meals or local takeaways. The sitting area is warm and inviting with a large Smart TV, wood-burning stove for the cooler months (host provides logs for your first fire) and doors opening directly onto the terrace.
The private terrace overlooking the beach is furnished with ample seating an ideal spot for relaxing with a drink while listening to the waves, the host also provides a bbq for guests to use.

For additional guests the sitting room includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. If you require the sofa bed please let us know at the time of booking.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a self-catering stay, electric hob and 1 1/2 electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, large fridge-freezer and cafetiere. A washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.
Outside, the private terrace leads directly onto the beach. An outdoor shower to the side of the house is perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sea and sand. Just behind the property you'll find a tidal pool ideal for paddle boarding and kayaking followed by a stunning stretch of beach and open sea.
There is plenty of parking available and guests have access to an EV charger (charges may apply).
