New duplex; sleeps 6! Pet friendly! Perfect for traveling medical and families!

Enjoy a peaceful stay with a private backyard to relax. Plenty of space for the entire family! There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms , sleeps 6, amenities such as a washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, full size kitchen and bathroom essentials. Perfect for traveling nurses, medical professionals, visiting families, and anyone who just so happens to find themselves in the Boiling Springs/Spartanburg area; unfortunately, this property is not available for construction crews. We are located 30 minutes from the Greenville-area. Come stay for a relaxing getaway!

For security, there is a doorbell camera that views the front porch.

Close to Everything

We rented this house for my daughter's family to stay in when she was in town for a family wedding. It was perfect for what we needed. The house was pristine and comfortable for a family of four and also my mother-in-law. The location is great for quick access to restaurants and shopping in Boiling Springs. The host replied to our questions within minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone needing a convenient place to stay in Boiling Springs!

Clean and comfortable stay

We booked this location to be near the high school for a 3 day orchestral event. We also visited downtown Spartanburg and traveled up toward the mountains and lake Bowen. The location for all 3 is superb. The property is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are great. Communication with the owner was seamless.
