“Very clean, great location. Will definitely come back!”

“Cabin is right on the lake. Very rustic. Host was a great communicator and answered when we reached out and did consistently check in. Understand this is a cabin in the woods, decor is not a concern to me but the place did not feel clean. The toilet backed up twice while we were there and the bathroom floor would get puddles from the toilet ( not overflow but it seemed the toilet was leaking from underneath). This was our cabin #1. I cannot speak for the other cabins.”

“Lock wouldn’t work. Smoke detectors beeping. Porch was dusty and not lockable. Grass uncut. Very disappointed! it was not up to the quality of VRBO rentals and we have done many.”

“This was such a quaint little cabin. We were right on the lake. Once we left the paved road, I was getting a little concerned. It is really hidden back in the woods, but when we pulled up, the owner was right there to welcome us. He was so nice. It was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again!”

“If you are looking for a cheap place to stay by the Mackinaw ferries then this is a good spot. It was clean when we got there and most things worked as should. The only things that did not work was the WiFi and the bathroom sink which wasn’t a big deal. There are definitely a few spiders and other bugs running around in there but it’s not bad at all. The keypad on the door is a little touchy and it takes some practice to get good at it. This cabin is also on the property of an old motel so it……

“Came for my boyfriend’s 31st with our pups and we are smitten with this cabin! Perfectly cozy yet spacious and well stocked with essentials. The lake is beautiful and is truly the space for a perfect day! We will absolutely keep it in mind as a place to visit again!”

“Amazing views of Lake Huron right out the back door! Very comfortable cottage. Wished we could have stayed longer than we did, as it was a short stop on the way to Mackinac Island. Slight issue with entry lock code at first, but host corrected the situation immediately without hesitation. Would love to stay again in the future!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin on the lake. It is cute, comfortable and equipped for our needs. The location is close to the Mackinac Island ferries and also close to both Lake Huron and Lake Michigan for coast drives. Highly recommended!”
