All of the staff at Viajero were incredibly kind and helpful. Their ability to speak fluent English made everything so easy. The property offered good food and drink, and also some great activities. They offered great knowledge of the area and made us feel right at home. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come back to stay again next time we are in Salento.

Where do I begin? The most stunning view of the beautiful mountains from our terrace with jacuzzi for a romantic evening with a glass of wine, the room was beautiful and the bathroom gorgeous, very upscale. Sadly we only stayed two nights and wished we stayed much longer! Food was delicious and service excellent. We can’t wait to come back again! I would give it more than five stars if I could. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful staff and property

We stayed here for just one night during our trip from Toronto to visit the breathtaking Valle de Cocora, and I wish we could have stayed longer! From the moment we arrived, Pablo and Marbella made us feel completely at home. They were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The glamping experience was everything we hoped for – peaceful, secure, and surrounded by nature. The tent was cozy, clean, and perfectly set up for a restful night. We were served a delicious fresh dinner and breakfast, all thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying coffee with a view was pure bliss. This place is a true gem and a perfect base to explore Valle de Cocora. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience. Thank you, Pablo and Marbella – we’ll definitely be back!

We were in cabin 104 and while others have reviewed that their environments were quiet at night, I cannot say the same for this cabin. This one is located on the end of the row next to the parking lot, and for some reason this cabin seemed to amplify outside noise. We stayed from Saturday until Tuesday and we could hear music and bass coming from the town until the early hours of the morning, every single night. I think we averaged only a few hours of sleep each night and that is with white noise apps on our phones, trying to drown the sound. If you are a light sleeper you should definitely try to arrange a cabin furthest from the street. The bathtub in this cabin was also a bit gross. The drain was clogged and when it would unclog black dirt would come up. There was also some mold around the edges and rust/brown stains near the headrest. The rugs in the bedroom could also use a deep clean, as they would leave bits and bobs on the bottom of feet after a shower (and we dont wear shoes indoors).
