“客房與清潔 夜間櫃台應變都很傑出”

“I recently stayed at Hotel Palace Bologna Center. While I understand that it’s an older hotel, I appreciated that it was generally clean and I didn’t notice any cobwebs. Unfortunately, the carpet in my room was quite dirty and looked like it needed a thorough cleaning. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. The staff were not very helpful during my stay. At one point, I simply wanted to fill my water bottle with cold water from the dining area. Although the door was closed, it……

“The hotel is very easy to access from the Central Station. Despite its location, there is no noise from the street in the room. The room is very clean and the breakfast were excellent. Will stay again if visiting Bologna again. ”

“飯店大廳非常的明亮寬敞，辦理入住時因為我到達時離可check-in 時間還差了兩個小時，但他們卻可以提早辦理入住，當然這是在我的房間已清理準備好的房間情況下，但我還是非常感謝飯店的貼心服務！ 從火車站出來，即使拉著行李走到飯店也是不遠，只花快十分鐘的路程。飯店附近的餐廳也有中國菜，離公車站牌也是四分鐘，非常方便。飯店早餐我沒有享用，所以無法提供意見，我非常推薦這間飯店。”

“室內大到跟小公寓一樣，跟一般旅館不同，還提供兩套衛浴設備，完全沒有搶廁所的問題。不知為何房間有幾隻小瓢蟲，我隨手放到戶外了。入住時發現小金庫沒電了，有跟櫃檯小姐說明，傍晚回房後還是沒解決，反而是散在床上的衣物被折好，有點怪？後來自己換電池後一切正常。主浴室的暖器沒辦法發熱，直到離開時還是沒辦法解決，應該是熱水管的問題，還好室內其他區域都可以使用。浴室洗手台上的水龍頭不太好用，水溫也不太好調整，要習慣一下。還有停車場只提供一日的免費服務，其餘不管住幾天都要收費，好像不鼓勵連續住宿。比一般住宿來講應該算是很不錯的選擇，住起來很舒服”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”
