"This home was the perfect place for us! We had a large family gathering with multiple ages and interests. There was something for everyone! I think every game was played and every room used. The kitchen and patio grills/griddle made it very easy to cook for the large crowd. The kids of course loved the slides and playhouse within the house. Exploring when we first arrived was so much fun. The views were amazing from the porch and it was a private location. Would highly recommend this house!"

"Loved the place. The apartment is great for a couple. The wood fire sauna and hot tub are a unique experience. We were glad we brought some firewood and would recommend picking up 6 or more bundles if you want to use all the amenities. The lake is small fresh water pond that’s perfect for a cold plunge. It was frozen but we broke through the ice. Lance is super helpful and has definitely put some love into making this one of our more memorable stays."

"Tangle wood cabin is lovely. It is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood, just a 10 minute drive from most restaurants and shops. Hot tub was an added treat after a day of hiking. We spent much of our afternoons relaxing on the front porch. Cabin is well equipped."

"Enjoyed a fantastic week of both relaxation and fun. The view is absolutely breathtaking with ever changing colors and backdrop from sunrise to sunset. The drive up the mountain is a bit hairy but the view makes it all worthwhile. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable."

"Cabin was a perfect size for our small family. Fully stocked with necessities and in close proximity to grocery store. Hot tub was nice as well (yes even in the summer) as the evenings were cool enough to enjoy. Had a daily visit from several deer and we enjoyed watching the squirrels snack from feeder in the front. Would stay here again! Only 'issue', which isn't related to the cabin itself would be the condition of the main road to cabin. Several potholes to navigate."

"My kids and I had a fun time in Boone and enjoyed the property very much! It was centrally located to everything we had planned, and stocked with everything we needed. The house is a little older, but you can see the owners are working to make updates, which are really nice. Our only complaint would be regarding the heating/insulation/drafty windows. It was wet and cold (upper 30's/low 40's) and the heat pump had to work overtime. We loved the pool table and snuggling on the big couch!"
