"Booked a no pets lodge as we were accompanied by our very well trained assistance dog who would not be left on her own. Instead we were allocated a van with holes in the carpet and a pervading smell of previous dogs, vacuuming carpets made the smell far worse. Only when we borrowed another vacuum and used half a bottle of fabreeze did it improve. The lodge was very dated and not very well loved. The work surfaces were chipped, the sink was damaged, the oven seemed to steam not bake. The kettle...
