The water flooded over the room during our stay, the washroom was very slipped, and my wife almost fell down because of that. The night was very cold and humid. When we turned on the heating, a bad smell spread all over the room. The next morning we reported it to the front desk, and the clerk said since we were leaving, they would not change the room for us, but they would refund the fee through Expedia. But when Expedia sent the request, they denied everything...
