Front staff and room were wonderful. The managers on duty lack any kind of empathy for the guests. On one elevator works and having 12 floors, you will have to wait. If you stay there, please make sure that you deal with the front desk staff. They were wonderful!

Very friendly and professional staff. Clean, updated and comfortable room. Queen size beds would have been better than double. Central location walkable distance to everything in downtown core yet tucked away on quiet street. Would stay there again.

Great location, clean with appealing decor, ambiance/atmosphere pleasant, complimentary bottled water was a plus, easy and convenient parking options. Water in the bathroom sink did not have a cold option, only varying levels of hot.

Very small rooms, but gets the job done. If you do not plan on being in the room all day as a traveler or on business, the room is fine, good ac, small shower if you are stout, but has good power, and the bed is comfortable. The 2nd elevator does not work, be patient or take the stairs. Uber was excellent around the city or take a cab. There is a sub system nearby as well. Staff was polite and helpful. There is also a parking garage across the street. Very close to all major landmarks and the Freedom Trail. The Quincy Market is nearby, plenty of food choices there or around the area.
