Room for the extended family in this 1 bedroom home has with attached a bunk bed shares with couches,2 level in-law.the in-law unit has its own front-end rear entrance. in-law is 2 floors with a large open concept living. room & EIK, 2nd floor bedroom has a vaulted ceiling walk-in closet & full bath with laundry unit. Each unit has they own driveway, separate.gas heat & hot water system....porch , A/C

Good location

We liked the location of this property and found the owner to be highly responsive and easy to work with. The beds were comfy and the good sized kitchen was useful for our family of 4 adults. Compared to other vrbos we've stayed in, I would recommend a deep cleaning and just a bit of spiffing up.

Private in-law suite

Our stay was great! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The location was private but still close enough to stores and attractions. Our host was nice and also very accommodating and replied quickly to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again, especially since its pet friendly!

Schella is a friendly, helpful host. Her property is clean and in a quiet location. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Our stay was comfortable and quiet.

Very satisfied with the stay

We have stayed at many rental houses/apartments at different places and this is absolutely the best in terms of communication with the host (responsiveness of the host). Schela responded to questions and requests very promptly and always tried her best to resolve them to our satisfaction. Schela also prepared plenty of everything in the house, such as trash bags, toilet papers, sandwich bags, paper towels, dish detergent and many more. Usually we found the bare minimum of these items at other places. We stayed for two weeks and I didn't need to buy anything. There were even extra virgin olive oil (entire bottle unopened), coffee pods (whole box unopened) and other convenient items that we didn't expect to have and I cannot list them all here. All food items are well within the expiration date, unlike other places where those items are either leftovers from previous renters or near expiration items. We drove an electric vehicle and Shela had no problem of using the wall outlet for charging. The place is very quiet and safe. I cannot say enough good things about Schela and the place, and we would definitely go back to the place if we ever need to stay in the area again.

Only 20 minutes to Downtown Boston

This property was very clean and had it's own private entrance. It was in a safe neighborhood. There was a single bath with laundry upstairs and a very large closet. The upstairs bedroom was semi-private as it was "open" to the floor below via a staircase. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, a blender, a toaster, and even an air fryer! We had a great stay!

Location & Roominess

Great location. Quiet neighborhood and close proximity to several small stores & restaurants—also just a 20 min drive to the airport/into Boston. Plenty of room for 2 teens/2 adults. Very comfortable upstairs bed and linens. Very responsive and friendly host. Only negative was very low water pressure in the kitchen sink but we didn’t cook while we were there so it wasn’t a big issue. Would definitely stay again when we return to Boston.
