You’ll love your stay in our stylish 1 bedroom apartment! Why? Because it’s comfortable, private and is fully furnished. Ideal for long term or short term stays you can plan for a great experience in our newly built apartment. For any additional needs we are just a call away.

Full apartment with 1 bedroom, queen size bed for 2, pull out couch for 2, 1 bathroom, tub, living room, kitchen and 2 tvs - 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room.

Getting around the neighborhood is relatively easy - there is a subway station within walk distance that goes to Newark Penn Station and then into NYC. There are local restaurants and shops within walking distance also. There is street parking and garage parking available upon request for a one time fee.

We are just a call away for help throughout your stay.

The description of the property was accurate and felt clean when I moved in. The kitchen was fairly bare bones so for longer stays a bit challenging to cook and local restaurant options were not great. It was nice that there was a TV in both bedroom and living room and that there was access to a gym.

Great Rental Unit

Former NJ couple back to visit family & Friends in NYC and Central/South NJ. Unit is 1-block from Train Station, and close to major highways...... and is 10-minutes from Rutgers if you're in town for Big-10 Football! Area is certainly "Urban", but we were familiar with the location from our prior time in NJ, and the area is just fine.... we like Urban areas. Unit is as advertised: Photos are accurate, secure new building, 3rd floor unit (elevator), clean and well-equipped (linens, kitchen supplies, etc), parking lot (across street), close to shops/restaurants/bars/etc...... and the bedroom mattress was the BEST I ever slept on! Contact with Host-Kevin was easy and efficient; check-in & check-out via lockbox; absolutely no issues/problems..... definitely recommended.
