The cleaning staff showed up 10 minutes before check out asking us if they could clean the room! There was no air conditioning or fans. When you opened up windows to……

Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. We bought one set because we don't know the rules there. Recommend to traveller who are planning to stay in Mulhouse and who would like to……

“Der var meget skimmel på badeværelset og der var hår i sengen. Det larmer meget fra sporvogne og trafik i løbet af natten.”

“The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. Think twice when. you book!!!!!!!”
