“The house is clean and has everything you might need. The views are spectacular. The screened in porch is so nice to have coffee on and look at the ocean. Karen was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. We are a family of 6 and easily fit in just two of the bedrooms. The smart tvs were great. We watched a lot of movies and played chess since it’s still very chilly out. It’s incredibly relaxing being so close to the ocean and watching the sunrise. We had a wonderful stay, and will……

“Great place for us. Appreciate the bottled water dispenser and extra water bottle. Only thing I could say that was negative was the master bed mattress was way too soft and gave my wife and I some neck soreness. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.”

“We are an older company and this rental was extremely thought out in all areas. All amenities were top notch and anything you possibly could need, other than linens and towels, were there. The decor just captures a beach vacation, very well appointed. The home was very clean and each space was set up for comfort and convenience. Several Pine trees surround the property, therefore a bit of pine needles do make ground level a little messy, however, my doggie didn’t want to leave, completely safe……

“The location of this home is everything. Water views in all directions, a quiet secluded street, neighbors but great bars and restaurants are just 15 minutes away. I fell in love with the little town of Milton. We celebrated my son’s 1st birthday with a long weekend and it was just perfect for him. Slide the sofa over on the deck to block the exit and you have a baby proof play area while you kick back and relax. The beach was a little messy when we were there and it was rainy so he didn’t get……

“We absolutely loved our stay at seaside. Great for the dogs to run on the beach. Close enough to everything but not too close. Lots of great food and fun in downtown Milton. Highly recommend if you’re looking for vintage North East beach vibes.”

“I stayed for a week mid-May just before the summer season really kicked in. I worked part-days and the 5G wifi was strong. Brought my dog and we enjoyed walking 30 seconds to the beach! I like being removed from busier beaches but was a quick drive to Lewes for restaurants. Thank you!”

“Cozy beach house with beautiful view! Saw fox, eagle, and many species of birds. Nicely decorated in light colors. I love that i could see the nature preserve and water from the small window in the shower! The bay and beach is a short walk, a few minutes away. Nice roomy deck and enclosed porch offered lovely evening breezes. Wonderful sunset from the deck every night. A quiet area with friendly neighbors.”

“The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers.”

“The house was perfect for us, tucked just behind the dunes so it was plenty private, but so close to a quiet stretch of beach that it was easy to just wander out for a walk before (and after) breakfast. The house itself is really nicely put together - cozy, clean, and well appointed with lots of convenient little touches. We would absolutely stay again!”

“This was the perfect place for our family Vaca!! Very clean and well stocked with essentials. A lot of privacy is provided by the shrubbery and the beach is just a few steps away. We were 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 small dogs and we did not feel crowded at all. Loved it and definitely hope to return again. The sunrises on the beach were spectacular and there is a wildlife viewing area within walking distance for the most glorious sunsets. Definitely recommend.”

“This adorable and nicely decorated cottage has just about everything you need. Plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. We spent a lot of time on the large deck with a great view of the bay. Robin was very easy to communicate with and replied promptly to our questions. It’s nice that beach chairs and umbrellas are available. We forgot to bring insect repellent and had to leave the beach early one day because of biting insects. Other than that we had a great time!”

“My family of four (including 13-year-old twin boys) have historically stayed further south during DE/MD beach trips. With family from CO visiting for only a few days, we wanted something in a less congested area that still provided access to all that the DE beach areas have to offer. The Broadkill Beach property provided the perfect location and the perfect accommodations for three generations to gather! The bedrooms with attached bathrooms were appreciated by all.
