Great breakfast mix beyond continental. Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, etc.

Great location and amenities. Our bathroom was not clean when we arrived, otherwise great.

The hotel is kind of ok. It is not worth $175 a night. Maybe $80. The hotel did not smell clean, just musty. I asked for a quiet room, there were loud kiddos above me and beside me. On morning one, we went down for coffee because there was only enough for two cups in our room. The coffee was, at best, lukewarm, and almost empty. There were several staff members standing around and no one offered to make more and watched as we heated it in the microwave. I stated 4 people to our room, so why 3 towels? And why does this hotel not offer complimentary breakfast? For the price, it should. The shower head was terrible. Only part of it was spraying. I had to fix the toilet in the first few minutes because it was running continuously and no one answered when we called. To put it simply, if I had paid about half of what I paid, I could be ok with all of that. I expect more when I pay more. The lady that checked in was sweet. The young man that checked us out was lacking in enthusiasm and happiness. I walked up to the counter and said “How am I supposed to checkout?” I saw him sitting at the counter over by the “breakfast” are, but he didn’t look or act like an employee. He certainly didn’t greet us or act like he wanted to get up or anything else. I will be staying elsewhere with better service for that price next time.
