This new highly efficient contemporary home features a full kitchen, local TV, Roku, WiFi, stereo with Bluetooth, keyless entry, washer, dryer, coffee maker, filtered water, in-floor heat, new appliances, and welcoming decor. There is plenty of off-street parking and the retreat is easy to get to and from wherever your travels might take you. The Bozeman Retreat is in the 'old' or original part of Bozeman. Homes in this area are a mix of original homes that were built in the 1930's to new homes like the Retreat. There is an elementary school a few blocks to the west. Downtown is five to seven blocks away. Bozeman Midtown is a growing area and this is about five blocks away. The street is quite with really not much more traffic than residential. This private residence has character, lots of plants, and plenty of style. Guests enjoy their mornings on the balcony and maybe a soak in the clawfoot tub before bed. Downtown and Midtown are a short walk away. With a car, guests are about 9 miles or 20 minutes from the airport.
